Refugee Scholars Forum & German Conversation
Are you are a scholar or student of the humanities or social sciences searching for a platform to present your work to local colleagues? Do you wish to establish academic contacts and get access to basic academic infrastructure (libraries, academic events etc.) to continue your research? Are you interested to improve your German language skills and/or teach your own language to university students?
The Department of Social and Cultural Anthropology, LMU offers academics and students, who have arrived in Munich as refugees an interdisciplinary Scholars Forum to present and continue their academic work. It is an open space in which we mutually benefit through personal exchange. Further you can improve your German language skills through tandems with students and staff.
The language sessions are open for academics as well as non-academics with all language levels. Please come and join in for the forum and conversation lessons!
